Color consultations are complimentary and can be booked online. Extension consultations are $50 and are not applied to your install. Existing clients can book color refreshes and extension move-ups directly.
Yes — a non-refundable 50% deposit secures your appointment time and is applied to your final ticket.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
Extension installs and color corrections book out fastest — 2 to 4 weeks ahead is ideal. Move-ups and root touch-ups can often be scheduled within the same week.

Arrive with clean, dry, product-free hair unless told otherwise, and bring inspiration photos. For extension installs, plan for a longer visit and bring a snack.
There is a 15-minute grace period. After that your service may be shortened, converted to a partial service, or rescheduled, and the full service fee still applies.
